Service & Cancellation Policy

LATE POLICY

If you arrive late, we will do our very best to accommodate you. However, time may not permit for us to honor your full service and your appointment may be shortened and/or rescheduled to ensure we are on schedule for our next client. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more we will need to reschedule your appointment.

 REFILLS

We do not perform refill services on lashes provided by another studio. We will require clients to have current extensions removed prior to applying the new set. Other salons may not perform to our standard and to ensure the utmost level of customer satisfaction, we advise clients to start fresh to best capture product performance and services provided. Under certain circumstances, if current eyelash extensions are in good condition, clients have the option to choose from one of our New Sets to fill on top of existing lashes.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For the courtesy of our technicians and clients on a waiting list we respectfully ask for 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We understand that emergencies happen, however, those with a history of no shows or cancelled appointments without 24 hours notice will be asked for a credit card to reserve your appointment. Clients who do not notify us of a cancellation or no-show will be charged a $15 cancellation / no-show fee for lash extensions and $40 for Microblading Services.

Covid 19 POLICY

Please arrive at the exact appointment time. Our waiting area is closed and limited to clients only. The use of face masks or proper coverings are required for every client. If you are sick, have been traveling or have been in contact with someone who is sick, please stay home. Appointments will be cancelled or rescheduled if client shows signs of illness. Please arrive to appointment with no eye makeup. Communal products will not be available. NO guests or pets allowed. NO outside food or drink. These regulations are put in place to limit exposure and provide a sanitary environment.
