Service & Cancellation Policy

LATE POLICY

If you arrive late, we will do our very best to accommodate you. However, time may not permit for us to honor your full service and your appointment may be shortened and/or rescheduled to ensure we are on schedule for our next client. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more we will need to reschedule your appointment.

 REFILLS

We do not perform refill services that were provided by another salon and will require you to have your current extensions removed. Other salons may not perform to our standard of care and expertise, and to provide the utmost level of satisfaction, we advise clients to start fresh with our premium products and skills provided. However,  If you want to keep your current eyelash extensions, you can choose one of our New Sets and we can add the amount of lashes that you choose, which will be considered the New Set price.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For the courtesy of our technicians and clients on a waiting list we respectfully ask for 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We understand that emergencies happen, however, those with a history of no shows or cancelled appointments without 24 hours notice will be asked for a credit card to reserve your appointment.
Clients who do not notify us of a cancellation or no-show will be charged a $50 cancellation / no-show fee.
